When I founded Artes Strategies, I knew I wanted a name that reflected not just what we do—but how we think.
The word Artes comes from Latin. It means practical skill, applied craft, and in some traditions, even liberal arts—a foundation of knowledge that connects learning with lived experience. It immediately resonated with how I view change: not as a static plan on a page, but as something dynamic, iterative, and human. Something practiced.
Over years of working with leaders and teams across sectors, I saw the same truth play out again and again: real transformation is equal parts rigor and creativity, clarity and connection, analysis and art.
That’s why Artes Strategies is grounded in both the science of change—data, systems, strategy—and the art of change—facilitation, trust, culture, and the capacity to lead through uncertainty.
I started this firm to help organizations and individuals move forward with confidence, not just through frameworks, but through skillful, intentional action. The kind of change that’s not just envisioned—but crafted.
That’s the heart of Artes.
And it’s the practice we bring to every client, every engagement, every time.
